Returns
Only unworn, unwashed items with original tags and original packaging may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order according to the shipping tracking.
in order to minimize returns and your shipping expenses, please refer to AB´s sizing charts for accurate sizing.
Customer is responsible for return shipping payments.
No returns on sale or clearance items.
Please note that to be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags. Items returned without packaging will incur additional charges.
Please email us at alfababyboutique@gmail.com prior to returning your item. Items sent without approval or outside of the 14 day return window may incur additional restocking fees or no refund.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days of receipt. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Some banks can take up to 10 days to return the funds to your account. Please note that this is out of our control.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items and items purchased with discount codes may be refunded, unfortunately special sale items may not be refunded. For eligible sales items, any discounts will be forfeited upon return.
Shipping
Customer will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customer should consider using tracking on shipping services or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Items are the costumer’s responsibility until we have received it.
EXCHANGES
We are here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order on exchanges only.
Alfa Baby products are thoroughly inspected. Items may be eligible for exchange due to sizing issues only. If you need an exchange, upon approval, place a new order with desired size and follow the return instructions for your item. If you have questions you can reach us at 4074761555 or at alfababyboutique@gmail.com.
If you would like to make an exchange you may do so, as long as it is for the same item (at the same price) in a different size.
- Your exchange order will be processed immediately with free shipping. We’ll also provide a free return label for your new order.
- Please return the exchanged item(s) within 4 business days of initiating the exchange.

Exclusions:
The following items may not be returned or exchanged:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
