What is the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it). Additionally, you can track the status of your order from the "track your order" link on the bottom of the website.

Can I change my order?

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order. To make changes to your order, please reach out to customer care. 

What Payment Methods are available on your store?

We accept payment from debit or credit cards - American Express, Discover, VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Cirrus, as well as payments made by PayPal, Amazon Payments and Apple Pay. 

What currencies can I see the prices in?

Listed currencies you can use are: Great British Pound, Euro, United States Dollar, Australian Dollar, Canadian Dollar, Singapore Dollar, New Zealand Dollar, Japanese Yen, Indian Rupee & Danish Krone.

 

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Orders placed before 11 AM Eastern time may ship the same day. You should receive your order withing 2 to 6 days. 

 

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

Only unworn, unwashed items with original tags and original packaging may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order according to the shipping tracking. Customer is responsible for return shipping payments. Returns will incur a per item restocking and cleaning fee when eligible for return. No returns on sale or clearance items.

Only unworn, unwashed items with original tags and original packaging may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order according to the shipping tracking. Customer is responsible for return shipping payments. Restocking and inspection fees may apply.  Returns will incur a per item restocking and cleaning fee when eligible for return. No returns on sale or clearance items. Items purchased for less than $50 may incur a 10% restocking fee. Additional restocking fees may apply if all packaging is not included in the return.

Please note that to be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags. Items returned without packaging will incur additional charges.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days of receipt. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Some banks can take up to 10 days to return the funds to your account. This is out of our control.

Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty. You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.

I have entered an incorrect address. What do I do now?

If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm If the given address is wrong we can 'change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission. 

How long does shipping take?

All orders ship within 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted on the product. Shipping typically takes 2-6 days.

Priority mail orders are offered for an additional charge. Order will be delivered withing 2 to 3 days.

Expedited shipping will ship by the following business day before noon and includes a Priority Express guaranteed ship date. Expedited shipping takes 1-2 days.
